Using Filters

Filters are one of Tank Track's powerful features, which allow you to quickly reveal a select subset of your contacts, service due notices, invoices, and report data.

The filters are shown on the left side of the page. On the contact page, you can filter (or "limit") your list by creation date, property type, city/town, state, zip code, county, tank size, and number of tanks.

For example, if you want to see a list of only residential properties within a particular city/town, you could select "Residential" for the property type filter, and then select the desired city using the city filter. The resulting list would contain only contacts/properties with those parameters and the number of results is displayed as shown.

To remove an individual filter, simply click the "x" in the corner of each filter selection displayed.

To clear all filters, click or tap the Clear All link at the top as shown.
